Enterprise platforms

Internal admin consoles, ERP-class operational platforms, and the Java microservices that sit behind them. The kind of systems that run a business for a decade and need someone to keep them coherent across that span.

What we provide

  • Admin consoles on Laravel + Filament. Multi-tenant admin platforms with role-based access control, audit logging, and resource generators tuned to the customer's operational workflow. PHP 8.2+, Laravel 11, Filament v3 panels, MySQL or PostgreSQL, Redis for queue and cache. Reference implementation runs as our own product administration console.
  • Java / Spring Boot microservices. Service decomposition, API gateways, service-to-service authentication, distributed tracing, structured logging with correlation IDs across boundaries. Spring Boot 3, Spring Cloud, Kafka or RabbitMQ for asynchronous workflows, gRPC where REST overhead matters.
  • ERP-class operational platforms. Inventory, order, fulfillment, billing, customer, vendor, and reporting modules built as a coherent system. Long-tail workflow customization — the parts every business does differently.
  • Monolith decomposition. Strangler-fig migration of legacy monoliths (PHP 5/7, Java 8, Rails 4, Django 1.x) into modern microservice or modular-monolith architectures, without halting the business during the transition.
  • Reporting and analytics surfaces. Dashboards over operational data, scheduled report generation, exports to the formats finance and operations actually use (XLSX, CSV, PDF), API surfaces for downstream BI tools.
  • Identity and SSO integration. Federation against the customer's existing IdP (Okta, Auth0, Azure AD) or against our identity stack. RBAC enforced uniformly across console, API, and reporting surfaces.
  • Workflow automation. Approval workflows, scheduled jobs, event-driven side-effects, integration with external systems (accounting, CRM, shipping, payments, banking).

Delivery models

  • Greenfield platform build. End-to-end design and implementation of a new internal platform against a written specification.
  • Module addition to an existing platform. New modules added to a customer's existing Laravel, Symfony, Spring Boot, or .NET application, conforming to the customer's existing patterns.
  • Legacy migration. Phased migration off a legacy stack onto a maintainable target. Phases exit on working software.
  • Long-term maintenance retainer. Multi-year operational maintenance covering bug fixes, security patches, framework upgrades (Laravel 11 → 12, Spring Boot 3.x → 4, etc.), and incremental feature work. The kind of contract that keeps an internal system alive across a decade.

Engagement

Enterprise platform work is long-cycle by nature. Initial builds typically run 3-9 months; maintenance retainers are designed for 3-5 year horizons with quarterly steering reviews — the lifecycle these systems actually need. Deliverables include source under proprietary license, deployment artifacts, internal-user documentation, operational runbooks, and a written upgrade path for each major framework boundary.
